LM series vertical mill operation precautions
When the motor drives the reducer through the coupling, it rotates the grinding plate with high speed. Then, under centrifugal force created by rotation of the spade and materials sent from feed tube into central disc as well as they are scattered evenly on rotating grinding plate due to gravity making them form material bed which is crushed by rollers.
To control particle size distribution in finished product, adjustable external air classifiers can be used for classification operation after being ground properly.
The workability of this machine is so efficient that it has great advantages over other traditional mills such as ball mills or Raymond mills due to its ability to handle finer materials at higher capacities without sacrificing performance.
