When crushing basalt, the wear parts has higher loss, such as jaw plate, plate hammer, impact plate. The basalt production cost of customers is greater than the production cost of the limestone. At this time, if primary crushing adopts jaw crusher, secondary crushing adopts impact crusher, which will greatly increase the maintenance cost of the basalt production line, it is very detrimental to the customer. Therefore, in our crushing process design, we adopt two jaw crusher or jaw crusher plus cone crusher.
