The beneficiation process of lithium slag

The beneficiation process of lithium slag is mainly based on the physical and chemical properties of different materials. In the beneficiation process, firstly, the lithium slag is sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then the crushed material is sent to the ball mill for further grinding. The material after being ground by the ball mill is sent to the classifier for classification, and the qualified fine material is sent to the flotation machine for flotation, while the unqualified coarse material is returned to the ball mill for re-grinding.

After being processed by flotation machine, lithium slag can be obtained. This slag can be used as a raw material in various industries or can be further processed into high-purity lithium carbonate.
