PF Impact Crusher Working Flow
The motor drives the rotor rotates at a high speed. After entering the working area of the hammer, the materials are crushed by impacting the hammer on the high rotation rotor. The materials are crushed again when being thrown to the impact device. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact plate to the working area of hammer for being crushed again. The materials from large to small are to be crushed in the impact chamber repeatedly. The process won’t stop until the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can change the size and shape of the output products.
