What is stone crusher working principle

Stone crusher mainly includes machine rack, eccentric frame, big belt wheel, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, elbow plate, stone breaking machine, elbow board basement, adjustment gap screw, offsetting spring, fixed jaw board and movable jaw board, etc. with security function of elbow board.

Stone crusher adopts the crushing manner of extruding type. The movable is moving up and down through eccentric shaft, when the movable jaw is up, the intersection angle between movable jaw and elbow board is become large, and then movable jaw is driven close to fixed jaw board, simultaneously, material is extruded, twisted and crushed. Also, when movable jaw is down, the intersection angel between movable jaw and elbow board becomes small, the movable jaw board is far away from fixed board under the function of straining beam and bearing, meanwhile, the crushed material ejected out form outlet in bottom of crushing cavity. And with the motor continuously driving crusher movable jaw, the periodically extruding, crushing and ejecting can achieve quantity production.

During stone crusher running, material is fed from inlet hole and slipped along sieve plate. The ore is immediately crushed into fracture by high speed rotating rotor with hard alloy hammer in dropping process, and fly onto the first impacting board along tangential direction with high speed for continuously crushing. Then the impact board strikes the ore back, which is conflicting with other ore afar by hammer. So in the first crushing cavity, ore is being impacted continuously for deep crushing. And the ore which reaches at a kind of granularity will eject out through interval between impact board and rotor into the secondary crushing cavity. In the secondary crushing cavity, it is the same working principle with the first crushing cavity until the ore becomes fine and finally ejects out from bottom outlet hole of crusher.
