The limestone crushing and screening production line is a common production line in the sand and gravel industry. The production line is widely used in construction, mining, metallurgy, and other industries. The production line generally uses jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc. to form a complete set of equipment. The capacity can be customized according to customer demand.

The limestone crushing and screening production line is a process flow with two production lines. The first one is the primary crushing stage, which can be equipped with jaw crusher or impact crusher. The second one is the secondary crushing and screening stage, which can be equipped with cone crusher, VSI crusher, and vibrating screen.
The raw materials are fed into the primary jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. Then the qualified materials will be discharged from the outlet of the jaw crusher and sent to the impact crusher or cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After being crushed by the secondary crusher, the materials will be sent to a circular vibrating screen for further screening and separation. The finished products will be discharged from the outlet of the screen.
