Project Background

In early 2019, we independently learned that a local mining company in Kenya was planning to build a limestone crushing and screening plant with a capacity of 500 tons per hour. This was a new project at the time, and our sales manager immediately took action and visited the customer’s site to conduct on-site investigations and collect first-hand information. After returning to the company, he arranged for our engineers to go to the site for further investigation.

After several rounds of communication, we finally signed the contract with the customer in June 2019. The main equipment to be used in the project included one jaw crusher PE600x900, one cone crusher CSZ51B, three sets of vibrating screen 3YK2160, belt conveyors, and electric control cabinets. Our company is responsible for the whole production line design, civil engineering and installation instruction of equipments.

The whole project was completed and put into use in March 2020. Through on-site commissioning, we helped our customer train operators and maintenance personnel, ensuring that they could operate the equipment independently and correctly.
