Principle of Trapezium Mill TGM Operation

Principle of Trapezium Mill Operation

The principle of trapezium mill operation is based on the grinding and crushing mechanism. The material enters into the center of the mill through a feeder, where it falls onto the rotating table. This table consists of two rollers that apply pressure to crush and grind the material.

As the table rotates, centrifugal force pushes the crushed material towards the edge where it passes through a ring with adjustable openings. The size of these openings determines how fine or coarse the final product will be.

The ground material then passes through an air classifier which separates any larger particles from smaller ones before they are discharged from above by an exhaust fan. Meanwhile, purified air is blown into the bottom part of this classifier for further processing.

Another significant aspect in trapezium mill operation includes its speed control system, which adjusts roller rotation according to desired output requirements. Additionally, temperature sensors monitor grinding chamber temperatures to prevent overheating during prolonged use.

In summary, understanding how trapezium mills operate efficiently can help you get optimal results while reducing operating costs and prolonging machine life expectancy.
