The working principle of the pebble sand crusher

The working principle of the pebble sand crusher is quite simple yet effective. The river pebbles are first fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing, where they are crushed to a size smaller than 40mm. Then, they are conveyed to the cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary crushing.

The working principle of the pebble sand crusher

During the process of secondary crushing, the materials get crushed further to a size range between 10-20mm. These crushed materials are sent to VSI5X vertical shaft impact crusher for shaping and sand-making process.

The VSI5X pebble sand making machine uses highly advanced selective crushing and cleavage technology that ensures uniform grain-size distribution throughout the final product. The main components of this machine include rotor assembly, wear-resistant block assemblies, and anvil plates.

As soon as material enters inside through feeding hopper at high speed in rotor; shaped stone will be distributed around respectively under centrifugal force then hitting and rubbing with another part of stones which target on stone lining plate whose purpose is also just like that telling above one.
