The different types of machines used on the production line
The VU aggregate sand making machine production line is equipped with a variety of machines to produce high-quality sand and aggregate products. Here are the different types of machines used on the production line:
Primary crusher: The primary crusher is responsible for breaking down large rocks into smaller pieces.
Secondary crusher: The secondary crusher further reduces the size of the material.
Tertiary crusher: The tertiary crusher is a fine crushing machine that produces a final product that is uniform in size and shape.
Screening machine: The screening machine sorts the material according to its grain size.
Conveyor belt: The conveyor belt transports the material from one machine to another.

How the machines work together to produce VU aggregate sand
The VU system is a closed-loop aggregate sand making machine that can produce the desired amount of VU aggregate sand without any waste. The system starts with raw materials being fed into the primary crusher. The crusher breaks down the material into smaller pieces that are then transported to the secondary crusher. The secondary crusher further breaks down the material into even smaller pieces.
The material is then transported to a screening machine where it is sorted into different sizes. The fines, or small pieces, are transported to the VU aggregate sand making machine. The Rocksmiths, or large pieces, are transported to a different location for use in other products.
The VU aggregate sand making machine uses the fines from the screening process along with water and other additives to create a slurry. This slurry is then fed into a mold where it hardens into the desired shape.
