Process Flow of Gypsum Grinding Production Line

The process flow of a gypsum grinding production line involves various stages that work together to achieve the desired final product. Firstly, large-sized gypsum is crushed and transported to the storage hopper through a conveyor belt for later use.

Then, the crushed gypsum material is evenly fed into the MTW trapezium mill by an electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground powder passes through a classifier where it is separated based on particle size.

Next, air is blown into the classifier to separate fine powder from coarse particles. Fine powder falls onto a collector while coarse particles are sent back to the grinder for re-grinding until they meet required fineness standards.
