Basalt is a hard and tough, and has higher silicon content. In the actual crushing operations, basalt is more difficult to crushing, and the crushing cost is higher. So, the basalt production line should be designed reasonably, to reduce the investment cost.

Basalt aggregate production line technical process: Large basalt is evenly sent to jaw crusher for coarse crushing by vibrating feeder. Coarse crushed basalts are sent to impact crusher for further crushing by belt conveyor.  Fine crushed basalts are sent to vibrating screen for screening by belt conveyor, to screen out several different sizes and different specifications of the basalt. The basalt meeting size requirement are transported to finished product material pile, and the others basalt would be returned to impact crusher or cone crusher for crushing, to form a closed circuit recycle.

Basalt aggregate production line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor and centralized electric control devices etc. In order to meet the customer’s different processing needs, it can be equipped with a cone crusher, dust removal equipment, etc. The design output of basalt production line is generally 50-500 t/h.
